Found a profile on netmaid belonging to Celest employment agency. Decided to use them without any prior expectations but Mei turned out to be really professional. She was always prompt, and clear in discussions.

As it was still SHN period but I wanted the helper earlier I authorised her to book an earlier incoming slot if available and was willing to pay for it. Subsequently I managed to get an appeal for this and Mei promptly refunded me when MOM refunded her.

My helper is also very good (the best so far among the few I have hired) and I highly recommend this agency!
